Eat, Drink and Be Married

My husband and I recently celebrated our first wedding anniversary.  Sometimes I can’t believe an entire year has flown by and then at other times it seems like just yesterday we were celebrating with our family and friends.

Words can’t even describe just how wonderful that day was and I wish I could go back and relive it – not to change anything but just do it all again.  We had so much fun and our family and friends truly made it special.

For our honeymoon, we went to Hawaii – honestly the most beautiful place I’ve ever been.  In honor of our anniversary and our honeymoon, this week I have two recipes for you that were inspired by our trip – think lots of nutty, tropical flavors.  Sunny beaches, tropical breezes, beautiful blue skies…. can we go back now?
