Cozy cozy! Can you tell I like to use that word this time of the year? I may or may not go a little overboard with it.
But bear with me because today we talk comfort food! That’s lightened up!
The kind of food you make and then go sit on the couch with all curled up in a blanket. Well, at least that’s how I operate.
But also the kind of food that won’t leave you completely and utterly weighed down. It’s all about that balance.
And I have plenty of awesome recipe ideas for you to make this season. So many of these are ones that I make over and over in my kitchen, but are older recipes and get buried in the archives of this site.
