Healthy Weekly Meal Plan – 5.28.16

A collage of five photos of the dishes in this week's healthy weekly meal plan.

It’s the weekend! And a long weekend at that! Filled with plenty of delicious holiday food. I like! Although, I am slightly concerned looking at the weather forecast. Here’s to crossing my fingers (and toes!) that we at least get some sunshine over the next few days.

Anywho, let’s get down to business so we can all get back to enjoying our Saturday. Like always, we have plenty of dinner ideas coming atcha’ today for the week ahead. From cajun quinoa to strawberry panzanella salad to beet quinoa veggie burgers … we have you covered!

As with all our healthy weekly meal plans, vegetarian options are suggested if the dish contains meat (and can be easily substituted). Plus! Two printable grocery lists can be found at the end of the post – one that is completely filled out and another that you can customize yourself.

Wishing you a most wonderful weekend filled with fun times. But let’s also not forget to take a moment to remember what the holiday is truly all about ♡ ♡ ♡
