Is health coaching really effective?
Yes! Using a process grounded in science, we’ll work together to identify your goals, figure out obstacles / what’s holding you back, and develop clear steps that will help move you towards a healthier future. Integrative health coaches work with the whole person, take the time to listen to your concerns and help provide accountability. Additionally, the coaching environment provides a structured, nonjudgmental and supportive partnership that works to empower you to reach your highest level of health.
Are you going to push a certain diet, exercise routine, etc.?
Not in the slightest. Coaching is about a client driven agenda. You are always the expert on your life – what’s important to you, what goals make sense and what steps to take to work toward your goals. My job is to guide you through the process of discovery and insight – and help you translate that into action that will improve your health and well-being.

What are your credentials?
I received my Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University and completed post-graduate integrative health coach training at Duke University Integrative Medicine.

Foundation Package – $570
- 6 coaching sessions (either by phone or video conferencing)
- 2 sessions per month for 3 months
- Initial in-depth session 40 to 60 minutes in length
- All subsequent sessions 25 to 45 minutes in length
Foundation Enhanced – $900
- 10 coaching sessions (either by phone or video conferencing)
- 2 sessions per month for 5 months
- Initial in-depth session 40 to 60 minutes in length
