Dairy Free Beginner’s Survival Guide
Adjusting to a new lifestyle can be incredibly stressful.
When I was first diagnosed with my dairy allergy, I spent countless hours researching things online.
- What can I actually eat?
- What are the labeling requirements for food?
- Do the terms dairy free and non dairy mean the same thing?
- Why is it so dang difficult to give up cheese???
It was exhausting and frustrating and time consuming.
And the simplest things – like grocery shopping or making an easy weeknight dinner – started to feel so overwhelming.
That’s where this dairy free beginner’s survival guide comes into play.
It’s everything I wish I had known when I first developed my allergy … all in one place. A sort of crash course, if you will, to adjusting to this new lifestyle.
All you have to do is grab a cup of coffee and settle in to read through this jam-packed resource.
Let me help lighten up your mental load … because you already have enough on your plate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will the survival guide be useful if I’ve been dairy free for a decent amount of time?
Most likely not. This resource is geared towards those who are new to dairy free living and are still navigating the beginning stages of this change. You can see the outline of what’s covered in the “what’s included” section above if you’re unsure.
Will the survival guide be useful if I live outside the United States?
It’s possible, however it is primarily written for those who live in the US. This is especially true for the lessons that cover food labeling laws, as well as common marketing terms and tricky products to look out for. These sections only address requirements and practices in the United States.
The lessons on navigating tricky situations and cooking without dairy can be applied anywhere, although this is only about half of the content in the course. The information in the bonuses section can also be used anywhere, just keep in mind that all my favorite brands may not be accessible outside of the US.

What Others Have To Say
“I wish I would’ve had this information 5 months ago! This resource is exactly for the person who finds themselves suddenly dairy intolerant. Everything you need to know (including your new grocery list) is here!”
– SaraThe guide is practical. It’s straightforward. It’s not presented in a negative manner. It’s also not trying to make me radically change everything about my diet and lifestyle. I loved the ideas on dealing with others’ lack of support and the trials of social situations. The information is definitely valuable and the best of what I have found.
