Need some breakfast or snack time inspiration? Look no further than this collection of easy, healthy & delicious dairy free smoothies! From berries to mango to greens, we got you covered with lots of ideas for both kids and adults alike. All recipes are also gluten free and vegan.
If you’re anything like me, smoothies are a go-to way to switch up your breakfast or snacking routine.
There’s endless options for combining flavors and they’re a fantastic way for using frozen fruit hanging out in the house.
And while it’s usually pretty darn easy to swap out the dairy in smoothie recipes, I still wanted to compile a list of our favorite flavors.
Which are all nice and well rounded so you’re not just drinking pure sugar!
Now, we have lots of options for you today. There’s different fruits, proteins … some feature oats, greens, avocado, even peanut butter.
Added bonus? There’s no bananas involved. So many smoothie recipes use them … which can be a huge bummer for people like me who can’t eat them raw (massive stomach aches!) or just don’t like them.
